2. Shipping Times

All orders are shipped on business days from Auckland, New Zealand

Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day

Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business day

New Zealand Shipping

$5 flat rate 1-3 day shipping New Zealand wide

All orders are shipped with Courier Post

Please add one extra day for rural deliveries

Australia Shipping

$15 flat rate 3-10 day shipping Australia wide

Please allow extra time for COVID-19 related Australia Post delays

Rest of the World

$35 flat rate 10-21 day shipping for all other countries

Please allow extra time for COVID-19 related delays

3. Tracking

Orders can be tracked once shipped on New Zealand Post’s tracking page

4. Packaging

Recycled paper packaging is used where possible

In some cases plastic is necessary due to the nature of the product or for hygiene reasons

5. Refunds and Replacements

All orders are protected by New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of initial dispatch

Include the following information:

  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • Name
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for requesting a refund or replacement
  • Photos where applicable

We will do everything we can to ensure your rights as a buyer are protected

All returns must be received by us within 30 days of initial dispatch

If we have sent you an incorrect item, we will send you the correct item along with a courier ticket for return

If you decide you no longer require a product or have ordered an incorrect item, we will provide a refund excluding the shipping and handling fee

Please ensure all returns are packaged adequately as refunds will not apply on damaged items

If your parcel has been returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to collect it from the post office, we will provide a refund excluding shipping and handling fee
